Student Resources

Students come from a variety of previous academic backgrounds and degrees, such as architecture, landscape architecture, history and art history. The program is characterized by students who exhibit self-motivation and individual initiative. In 1988 preservation students founded The Associated Students for Historic Preservation (ASHP) - ASHP's purpose is to advance knowledge and understanding among students, professionals, and educators throughout the nation.
