The Celebration Schedule


DATES: November 7 – 9, 2014
LOCATION: Portland, Oregon / White Stag Block – 70 NW Couch St. 
Friday, November 7th
4:30 – 6:00 pm – Check In at the White Stag Block
6:00 – 9:00 pm – Dinner with speakers
                            Dr. Stephanie Toothman, Associate Director for Cultural Resources and Science for the National Park Service
                            Dr. Stephanie Toothman oversees programs that support stewardship of park cultural resources and preservation documentation and assistance through partnerships with other federal agencies, state, tribal, and local governments, and public and private organizations.  Prior to her current appointment, she served as Regional Historian of the former NPS Pacific Northwest Region and Chief of Cultural Resources in the Pacific West Region.
Saturday, November 8th
7:30 – 8:30 am – Breakfast at Floyd's Coffee Shop
8:30 am – Load buses to visit past and future field school sites. Lunch provided at the Oregon Garden.
Tryon Creek State Park, Portland, OR 
Gordon House, Silverton, OR
Silver Falls Youth Camp, Sublimity, OR 
5:00 pm – Travel back to Portland. Dinner on own.
Sunday, November 9th 
8:00 am - Breakfast at Floyd's Coffee Shop
8:30 am – Load buses for travel to breakfast at Fort Vancouver, WA
10:30 am – Load buses to return to Portland/Airport
