The George McMath Historic Preservation Award honors significant contributions to historic preservation in the state of Oregon. The Oregon Black Pioneers, the state’s premier organization dedicated to illuminating African Americans’ contributions to Oregon’s history, is the 2017 recipient of the George McMath Historic Preservation Award.
